A Sickened Soul is a story-based game with some horror elements. However, the horror is meant to be low-key so most ages can play (totally not because I am scared of horror games). That being said, here's a list of the mechanics and controls you must know:

Click on people to talk.

Click on items to pick them up.

WASD are obviously the movement keys.

Jump is still spacebar.

What makes this game "Special"?
Well, this game is "special" for a few reasons, I should think. Here is an ordered list:

• This is Blocksmith's first "interactive horror story adventure" game, I think.
• There is a tidbit of lore.
• Features cutscenes and minigames.
• Boss Battles and Secrets.
• Has two different endings!
