Assigning Licenses to Groups

Hub Admins and Teachers can assign Blocksmith Creator licenses to users by assigning the license to a group.

Assigning Licenses to Groups

1. Open the Licenses page on your hub.

2. Select the Assign to Groups button.
3. Choose a group to assign the licenses.
4. You will see how many licenses were applied. If you see 0, remember that licenses will be automatically applied as users are added to the group now.

Accepting Members into Groups

1. Have students create accounts on your hub homepage to request access automatically.
2. When accepting Access Requests, you can add sections of students to the licensed group so they each receive a Blocksmith Creator license. Just press Approve/Approve All, select Add to Groups first, and then select the licensed group.

3. After finishing, those accounts will be members of that group and will have licensed subscriptions provided by it.

Alternatively, you can assign Blocksmith Creator licenses to members individually or when accepting their Access Request.
