Solving Chromebook Problems

Is the web-based Builder not loading on your Chromebook? Or does it keep running out of memory?

Chromebook Min Specs

Make sure your computer meets the minimum spec requirements:

• 2016 Chromebook model, or more recent
• 2GB of RAM

Start the Builder Fresh

Then follow each step below to have a fresh start for the Builder.

1. Restart the Chromebook before opening the Builder. It's always a good idea to keep it plugged in too.

2. After the restart, only open the Chrome app.

3. Clear the Chrome cache. Instructions to do so are here.

4. Open only one tab in Chrome, and then open the Builder in that tab.
