Forgot Password for Managed Accounts

1. Let your Workspace Admin or Guardian Know

Managed accounts can only have their passwords reset by their manager.

2. Have them reset your password using their account

Ask your workspace manager/teacher or guardian to reset your password on their Dashboard.
For Guardians, this is located in the Personal dashboard. For workspace Admins, this is located in the Admin Dashboard users tab.

3. Try not to forget again!
