Organize with Groups

We highly recommend to organize students into a group, even if you have a small number of them. It is much easier to assign and remove Creator licenses when they are organized into groups.

Instead of assigning licenses individually per student, you can apply them en masse with a group. Every student who joins the group, or is already a member, automatically receives those licenses.

To create a group and apply a license to it:

1. Select the New Group button.

2. Give the group a title and assign a license to it. You can assign multiple licenses to a group if available.
   License Types

• Blocksmith Creator: Provides curriculum, collaboration, cloud storage, and more.
• Paid Hub Access: Provides access to a paid hub.

You can always skip this step too, if you prefer to setup groups and assign licenses later.
