Convert your Managed Account to a Full Account

To have a subscription, you first need a verified account. To verify your account, you can verify an email address, or if you are under 13, have another user manage your account as a guardian.

Add and Verify an Email Account (if 13 or over)

1. Go to the My Account page on your Blocksmith Dashboard.
2. Select "Update" in the Email line and input your email. Remember: you will need to open an email sent to that address so make sure it is correct!
   
   
   
3. If you have provided an email address, but have not verified it, you can Resend the verification email in the same window! Just select Update "Resend".
   
   
   
4. Sign into the email account you provided. An email titled "Verify email address" from Blocksmith should be there. Follow the link in the email to verify your address!
5. Your account is now verified and you can get a subscription!

Add a Guardian (if under 13)

1. Go to My Account on your dashboard on the web.
2. Select "Add" next to Guardian.
3. Enter the Guardian's Blocksmith username and select Submit.
3. The Guardian will then need to verify guardianship in their personal Dashboard.
