Assigning Quests to Workspace Members
Quest Assignment Info
Quests must be assigned before they can be opened in the XR Builder.
They are not automatically assigned to help Workspace Admins stay organized, and enable them to correctly assign Quests to specific groups/classes of users.
After adding a Quest from the Content Library, Admins and Teachers can assign it to students on the Quest page in the Workspace's Dashboard.
How to Assign a Quest
Open Quest Management Settings to see the assignment options.
There are three ways to assign Curriculum Quests to members on your workspace.
Admins and Teachers can assign Quests to all users automatically, assign to a specific class, or assign to users individually.
Automatically Assign to All Users
→Administrators are able to set each quest to automatically assign to all current and future users.
Assign Quests to Classes
→Administrators and Teachers can select classes they want assigned to Quests. If any additional users are added to the assigned class, those users will automatically be assigned to that Quest.
Assign Quests to Individual Users
→Administrators and Teachers can enter usernames of students to individually assign to a Quest.
