How to Make Games with Blocksmith

Want to get started making and playing games in Blocksmith? First make sure you have the Blocksmith XR Builder.

Making Games in Blocksmith

• In the Builder, drag shapes from our Toolbox at the bottom of the screen to start creating. These are going to be the basic building blocks for all of our games.
• Shapes can be interacted with using the floating icons around them when they're selected.
• • White Cubes will scale the shape.
  • Red Arrows with rotate the shape.
  • Blue Arrows with raise or lower the shape.
• Shapes can have exciting textures applied to them which can then be colored to match your created scene.
• Use WASD to move the builder camera around and hold Right Click to orbit the camera view.
• When you're done building, click the play button at the top of the screen to jump right into your created game!
