Managing Workspace Access for Workspace managed users
Workspace Admins have the ability to limit workspace access to their Hub Managed users.
This means that Admins can limit distractions in their classrooms by only providing only the workspaces necessary to complete Curriculum Quests.
To do this you will need to:
- Login with your STEM Forged Account.
- Go to your Workspace Dashboard
- Select "Access Settings" under "Manage"
- Find the "Manage Hub Access" section toward the bottom of the page. This will allow you to limit access to certain hubs and greenlight others.

These workspaces are automatically assigned to all users. Please read the descriptions carefully when trying to decide if you would like to not allow access. - Independently run public hubs.
These are hubs like yours that are run by our users. STEM Forged does not monitor these hubs and is not responsible for content available on them. If you do decide to restrict access to public hubs, be sure to add your hub to their allowed list!
